Before you arrange service
Describe the whole project, but keep the tasks distinct. Repairs, painting, organizing, removal, and cleaning may involve different providers or approvals. Matt reviews the sequence and availability before confirming any combined plan or price.
The discounted residential deep-cleaning base is $315: 4 total labor hours at $75 per technician-hour, plus a $15 trip charge. The 315 minimum booking deposit reserves your appointment and represents this four-man-hour commitment. Electronic payment processing fees are added at checkout and disclosed before payment. Four man-hours do not necessarily mean four clock hours on site. This is a base, not a guaranteed whole-home or final price. Additional authorized labor and applicable disclosed charges can increase the total. Housekeeping, commercial work, and specialty services can have different rates and minimums. Review the pricing page and terms with the office before booking.
We do not offer carpet or upholstery cleaning, or tile installation. Routine vacuuming can be part of housekeeping, and tile and grout cleaning can be assessed as hard-floor care. Describe specialist or unusual requests to the office so the scope can be confirmed.
